The short version: supporter plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep your perks until the end of the time you've paid for. Payments aren't refunded.

These terms cover thechubbitz.com and the supporter plans sold on it, run by The Chubbitz ("I", "me"). By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them. Questions? Email support@thechubbitz.com.

Supporter plans

Price. The Supporter plan is $5 a month or $42 a year, charged through Stripe when you sign up.
Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and you're charged the same price each time, until you cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime from Manage your payment, or email support@thechubbitz.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your perks until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds. Payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or year, except where the law requires it.
Price changes. If the price changes, I'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you'd like.

Small business plan

The Small business plan is a one-time $300 payment. It includes supporter perks for as long as the supporter program runs, and one sentence about your product or service read aloud in the video that launches the next crowd-funded Chubbitz. I review each sentence before it's read and may ask you to change it. Like other plans, it isn't refunded except where the law requires it.

Brand deals

Custom brand work is agreed separately, by email, before any work starts. Those agreements take priority over these terms.

Perks and the Discord community

Supporter perks are given through the Discord server, so Discord's terms apply there too.
Perks may change over time as the community grows.
Breaking the server rules can mean losing access to the server and its perks, without a refund.

My content

The Chubbitz characters, videos, images and other content on this site belong to me. You're welcome to share links and enjoy them, but please don't reuse them commercially without my permission.

Other sites

The site links to sponsors, Bash.tv, Discord and social media. Those sites have their own terms, and I'm not responsible for them or for anything you buy there.

The fine print

The site and the supporter program are provided "as is". I do my best to keep everything working, but I can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and my total liability to you is limited to what you've paid me in the 12 months before the issue.

Changes

If these terms change, I'll update them here and change the date at the top. Big changes to supporter plans will be announced in the Discord server first.
